LEADERSHIP AT GUERIN PREP
Student Council
Guerin Prep’s Student Council is a group of representatives selected from each of the 34 homerooms of Guerin Prep. These students are dedicated to listening to the student body’s concerns and ideas, and then acting on the issues. In addition, Student Council is the group responsible for community spirit.
Accomplishments 2005-2008
- New outerwear selection
- Demerit card system re-established
- Cooperation with cafeteria staff
- Student forums
Goals 2008-2009
1. Continue the spirit established during Homecoming
2. Develop a system to acknowledge plus reward the various accomplishments of the diverse student body.
3. Continue to work with the administration, faculty and staff to actively pursue the mission of GCP of “Love, Mercy & Justice.”
