Guerin Prep's Soup-er Bowl III
IIn anticipation of this year's SuperBowl, Ms. Fitz and her cooking class held their Soup-er Bowl III. The judges, better known as GP teachers, tested 13 varieties of chili the students made in their foods class. Above, Brandon Viera explains the ingredients he used in his effort to be this year's Soup-er Bowl winner.

 Drop off your used jeans (any size) at Guerin Prep now through Feb.10. These jeans will be going towards:
GUERIN PREP'S KEY CLUB "TEENS for JEANS" sponsored by Aéropostale. Guerin Prep's goal is to collect 1,000 pairs of jeans.
Aéropostale will send the first 100,000
pairs to homeless teens in Haiti. The rest will go to
the homeless teens in Chicagoland area shelters.Aéropostale has agreed to match the number of jeans going to
Haiti, so with your help we can send 200,000 pairs of jeans
to teens who need them.

Gator Wrestlers Recognized for Sportsmanship
 The Grappling Gators of Wrestling were recognized as SCC's Most Outstanding Sportmanship Team for the season of 2009-2010. In addition, after last weekend's Mega Duals and previous match-up during the season, the Gators were 4th Overall in the SCC. Congratulations to Coach Earl Danan (kneeling left) and the entire team.
